As a private yoga teacher my job is to create personalized yoga sessions that support and guide your body into well-being through the practice of yoga.

Most people come to work with me because they are tired of living with a body that is full of the stress, aches, and pains of everyday life. They are motivated to make changes because they don’t want those aches and pains to dictate how they live their life anymore!

My unique combination of experience and training provides you with a skilled guide who can tailor solutions perfectly suited for stressed, achy bodies.  We start with a strong foundation that comes from an alignment based yoga practice. Woven into that is Integrated Positional Therapy an approach that uses assisted stretching, resistance, and positions of comfort to get muscles back to working as they should in order to manage and eliminate pain. The cherry on top is Restorative Therapeutic Yoga that allows us to relax the more subtle parts of the body. Put that all together and you have a teacher who is uniquely qualified to guide and support you to better health.

One-on-one private yoga sessions are my favorite way to give students exactly what they need.

While we all share some similarities in what would help us feel better, every body is different.  That’s the magic of private yoga.  You get exactly what YOUR body needs. 

During our private yoga sessions we’ll work together on a long-term plan that guides your body into the proper balance of flexibility, strength, and stability that you require to feel your best.  But it’s not just the long-term we’ll focus on – we’ll also spend time each session on what your body needs that day.  Feeling sluggish? We’ll get you energized.  Feeling overwhelmed? We’ll get you calmed and grounded.

Between sessions you’ll continue your progress with a bit of quick homework because consistent practice is what creates change and yields results.

  • Virtually via Skype. Sessions allow you to take advantage of my expertise and unique style of teaching from anywhere.
  • All sessions are 60 minutes each and scheduled at a standing time each week.
  • Appointments are available Sundays through Tuesdays, from early morning to evening (Eastern Time).
  • Sessions are offered in pre-paid packages only {Remember: it is consistent practice that yields results!}

  2. Once received, I’ll send you a link to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone or Skype consultation. I’ll learn more about you and your goals, I’ll tell you more about the private yoga process, and we’ll compare calendars to get you started.
  3. Following the consultation I’ll send you an invoice to confirm your slot in my calendar.


Will I receive the same kind of session via Skype that I would in-person?

Yes!!  Many people have studied with me both in-person and via Skype and they have all commented that the sessions are exactly the same….as if we were in the same room!  I put the same preparation, care, and focus into every session I teach so that you get exactly what you need no matter where we are in the world.

I’m nervous about the technology.  Is it easy to use?

Skype is very easy to use!  All you need to do is sign up for a free account and download the app to your computer or tablet.  Before our first session we’ll set up a 10 minute “practice run” to be sure the technology is running smoothly and test out the placement of your device.

I want to take private Skype yoga sessions with a friend.  Is that possible?

Not at this time.  I am currently offering one-on-one sessions only.
