I’m going to offer up a free monthly virtual class January through April. Each month’s class will focus on bringing balance to the mind and body as we transition from winter to spring.  We’re bringing Ayurveda onto the mat!

Free April Virtual Yoga Class

Join me streaming live on Facebook on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 9:30AM ET // 6:30AM PT

It’s spring and in Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, that means Kapha season! With the dominant elements of falling rains and thawing earth, spring is exemplified by mud. For many of us the qualities of mud – heavy, sticky, cold, unmoving – start to build up in the body in the form of spring congestion and allergies. We’ll use our April virtual class to help alleviate spring’s aggravations through a practice that creates lightness and warmth while opening the chest and shoulders for easier breathing.

Class will be appropriate for all levels. Although not required, it will be useful to have a mat, blocks, and a blanket.  {You can find my favorites here.}
